Returns & Exchanges

 

1 Caribbean Mall only offers stores credit for returned items. We at 1 Caribbean mall understand how ordering online doesn't always work out so we are more than happy to accommodate you with an exchange for another item of equal value or store credit.

Guidelines for Exchange 

  • Contact us customercare@1caribbeanmall.com FIRST 
    1. For all domestic orders to be eligible for store credit or exchange for another item of equal value, Items must be returned within 14 days of their original ship date. Returns received after this date would be refused and returned to you at your expense.
    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Some products such as bodysuits/swimsuits are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
    3. A tracking number for the returned package will be provided by 1 Caribbean Mall via the email used for your order. 
    4. Also please fill out the exchange form that will be emailed to you and include it with your return
